Is this the most secure phone in the world?
No. No device offers absolute security, and we deliberately do not make that claim. What the IMPulse does do: encrypt your communication, separate work and private life and keep you out of the regular app and tracking ecosystem. That significantly reduces your risk — it does not make you invulnerable.
Does it work without a SIM card?
Yes. In Privacy mode you communicate via a Matrix ID over wifi — encrypted calls and messages without a SIM card. For regular telephony you can also use a normal SIM card (Unsecure mode).
Can I install my usual apps?
No. The YourSafePhone operating system blocks external apps and has no regular app store. You use the secure app ecosystem (such as Calls, Group chat, Email, Vault). Fewer apps from outside means less risk.
What is the Private Key?
A physical key that belongs to your device. It unlocks the device and your data — and you can use it to log in on another compatible device. Keep it safe: whoever holds the key has access.
Do you ship across Europe?
Yes, we ship across Europe. Please note that, due to the VoBP encryption algorithm, rules on importing and using encryption products may differ per country. Check the laws and regulations in your country before ordering. In doubt? Get in touch.
Which colours is the IMPulse available in?
Red, Gold, Army and Carbon. You choose your colour when ordering; every box includes all accessories. Availability per colour may vary.
